Payment Plans for Groove Cruise Miami 2016 – Starting at $87/month!

If you would like to pay for your Groove Cruise experience over time, then you’ll be happy to know that payment plans are available!

Payment Plans and Schedules

For GCMIA 2016, there are two payment plans available, and the date your book your cabin will determine your deposit amount and following payment dates.

Monthly Payment Plan

Deposits:

  • $200 deposit per person for interior and oceanview cabins
  • $400 deposit is due for single occupancy cabins
  • $500 deposit per person for suites
  • $1000 deposit is due for single-occupancy suites

The remaining balance on your cabin will be split into equal monthly payment starting the first of the month following your initial deposit. The final balance will be due no later than November 1, 2016.

On the first of each month, the credit card you have on file will automatically be charged.

Payment reminders will not be sent, so be sure to make note of the due dates. For any changes to your payment plan due dates or credit card on file, call 877-438-9438 or email captainsupport@whettravel.com before the first of each month.

Deposit plus 50/50 Plan

This is only available for cabin bookings through August 18, 2015.

Deposits:

  • $200 deposit per person for interior and oceanview cabins
  • $400 deposit is due for single occupancy cabins
  • $500 deposit per person for suites
  • $1000 deposit is due for single-occupancy suites

Following Payments
August 19, 2015: 50% of your remaining cabin balance is due. *Starting August 19, 2015, 50% of the total cabin balance is due for all new reservations.

October 21, 2015: The entire remaining balance is due from all guests with prior reservations.

Payments will be charged automatically the credit card on file. For any changes to your payment plan due dates or credit card on file, call 877-438-9438 or email captainsupport@whettravel.com before your due date.

All new guest reservations made after October 21, 2015
Any new cabin bookings after October 21, 2015, require full payment. Payment plans may be available. Call 877-438-9438 or email captainsupport@whettravel.com for more info.

All cabin reservations made within 30 days from the departure date (January 22, 2016)
Cabin bookings made during this period must be paid in full. There will not be any payment plans offered within 30 days of sailing.

Late Payments & Declined Credit Card Fees

The following fees will be charged if your credit card is declined and your payment is not received by the due date.

  • Monthly Payment Plan: $10/person
  • 50/50 Plan: $50/person

If your reservation is still unpaid 2 weeks after the final payment date, your reservation will be cancelled without refund.
