When booking your cabin, you will see the option to take advantage of a payment plan, if it is still available. This year, there are two different payment plans available for GCLA 2015 attendees. When you book your cabin will determine how much is due at the time of booking and how much your following payments will be.
This payment plan requires just a $200/person deposit now ($500/person for suites), and then the remaining balance will be paid is equal monthly payments on the first of each month until the cabin is paid in full. For this payment plan, the final payment is due by August 1, 2015.
Pay Deposit, 50% of balance due, then Full Payment
This payment plan requires a $200/person deposit at the time of cabin booking ($500/person for suites), 50% of the remaining balance by May 13, 2015, and the entire remaining balance by July 15, 2015.
Changing Your Payment Plan or Credit Card
If you need to change your payment plan or the credit card that’s on file, you can do so by logging in to https://booking.whettravel.com/Booking/, calling Whet Travel at 877-GETWHET (877-438-9438), or emailing CaptainSupport@WhetTravel.com before your payment due date.
Late Payments & Declined Credit Card Fees
If your credit card is declined and your payment is not received by the due dates on your invoice, the following fees will be assessed.
- Monthly Plan: $10/person
- 50/50 Plan: $50/person
If your cabin has not been fully paid 2 weeks after the final payment date, your reservation will be cancelled without a refund.
