My Official Groove Cruise LA X 2014 Booking Guide

Groove Cruise LA X is set and ready to go. Dates have been announced, details have been released, and it’s time to start preparing to ensure you make it on this ship. Below, I have listed all the important information you need to secure your spot aboard and book a cabin on GCLAX, Groove Cruise’s second sailing out of Los Angeles, and the second event celebrating their 10 year anniversary (hence, the “X”).

Pre-Sale Deposits

The general public will be able to place their $200 (refundable) pre-sale deposits beginning March 5, 2014 at 12pm Noon ET. At this time, you can visit TheGrooveCruise.com, choose LA as your location, and proceed to placing your deposit through their reservation system. Once you’ve completed the payment process for your deposit, you place onboard will be secured. Cabins are not chosen at this time. This deposit basically secures your place in line to book a cabin on Groove Cruise LA X.

Cabin Booking

Ok, so you’ve placed your deposit and you’re ready to book your cabin for you and your crew. Keep an eye on your email because that’s where you’ll receive cabin booking information. Those who participated in pre-sales will be able to select their cabin from March 12-18 – refer to your email for your exact booking date. For the general public, Groove Cruise LA 2014 cabin booking opens up on March 19. Don’t wait because these will sell fast. This is when you’ll login to the same reservation system, found at TheGrooveCruise.com, you used to place your deposit and choose your cabin type. Your pre-sale deposit will be credited towards your cabin price. When you get to the last screen of this reservation process, you have an opportunity to save some money for everyone in your cabin by using my discount code noted below.

Discount Code

When you’re booking your cabin and you get to the final screen where you’re about to pay, there is a “Discount Code” box that allows you to enter in, well, a discount code.
